Business Affairs

Our Business Affairs Department is made up of several different sub-departments.  These sub-departments in Business Affairs include our in-house personal finance, accounting department, in-house legal department, strategic business partnerships department. Business Affairs  is headed by CK Talent Managements Vice President. 

Our in-house personal finance department professionals work with our talent to help meet their personal financial needs. We realize that our talent may need help understanding how to maximize their financial potential. The in-house personal finance professionals where hired specifically for that purpose and to run our personal finance program for the benefit of our talent. We invest in our talent so that they will not have to worry about their financial obligations and will help them with a road map toward a fiscally responsible future.   Our Personal Finance Staff have experience in product development and assist our signed talent with future revenue which will generate revenue past their professional careers. CK realizes that every career has an expiration date so our staff looks at the long game and develops a business plan for our signed talent, which creates their pathway to career success. 

Our in-house Accounting Department handles all monies collected and disbursed to our talent under their contracts. This department is made up of accounts receivable professionals, account payable staff, Sr. Accountants, Jr. Accountants, Administrative Assistants and Accounting Interns.  The Primary duties of this department is the maintenance of the agency's financial accounts  

Our in-house Legal Department handles the review of all talent contracts, provides legal guidance to our Sr. Agents and Staff.  Our in-house legal team offers legal guidance to the CK Talents different business divisions.  Our in-house legal team is made up of lawyer, paralegals, compliance specialist, law clerks and  project managers. 

Strategic Partnerships professionals are responsible for aiding our talent teams in fostering and cultivating relationships with stake holders in order to bring increased value and exposure to our talent. The ultimate goals is to grow the talent’s portfolio and increasing their value in the market place. Our Strategic Partnership professionals also assist our Sr. Agents and their teams in negotiating contracts and business opportunities to our talent. These professionals have many years of experience in understanding market value assessment, negotiation, market value, statistics, image and brand management. 

All Business Affairs Staff  reports directly to our Vice President of Business Affairs.
