CK Talent Management, announced today that it has signed well-known actor Christian Thomas Owen.
After watching Robin Williams in Dead Poets Society a few years ago, Owen realized that he wanted to create art that impacted people the way he impacted Owen. Outside of performing, he is passionate about health and fitness and music. He is a huge fan of both his hometown teams the Kansas Chiefs and the Royals, and he tries to get outdoors as much as possible.
Owen has been in theater productions of Chicago, Parade, The Addams Family, Hairspray and Going to the Chapel. He has also appeared in several commercials including one for Pepsi produced by Maker Studios. In addition to the above, he has been in several feature films, including Wheels on the Bus as the lead actor and I Came Back again as the lead actor.
Currently, Owen just finished working on a production of Chicago at The New Theatre Restaurant in Kansas City and he is already booked to perform in a musical review at the Musical Theatre Heritage in Kansas City. Owen has also landed a part in an indie horror film that shoots at the end of this year and then will be in another musical at the beginning of the year at The Chestnut Fine Arts Center in Olathe, Kansas.
